Hi there, I’m Dayna Palya. I’m an actor, singer, and dancer working and living in New York City.

I am from a small town in Illinois called Spring Grove where my love for theatre and performance took flight after my mom took me to see a production of Peter Pan Jr. Poor mom didn’t know what she was getting herself into…

At age 7 I began performing and haven’t stopped since. I graduated with my BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Michigan University and my MFA in Acting from FSU/Asolo Conservatory. I am passionate about moment to moment acting and dedicated to deep character development.

Having recently moved to the city, I have been grateful to lead in various short and feature films. When not on stage, on camera, or in class, I enjoy concocting recipes and cooking, creating choreography and dancing with friends, and reading.
